Your case will be treated with care and you will be sent details of how to obtain a refund or replacement.

The Process is simple
You will receive an instructed email regarding a Free return label for the selected items.
You will need to print Return label and box it up. Please try not to damage the packaging or throw away!
If the product you purchased isn't available for Free return then you will have to pay for shipping.ย
You will then need to go to a postal hubย to dispatch it.
Once we receive the package, we will make necessary judgement if you fulfil the requirements for a return or exchange under vendors agreement and our T&C's.

When will I get my refund?
Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt and youโll receive an email detailing your return once this has been completed.
